QA Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to the QA/QC department such as system data entry, filing, etc; 
  • Monitor testing schedules and reports of product items, communicate with internal parties for necessary follow up action;
  • Assist in maintaining systematic and proper testing reports system;
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary education or above;
  • 1-3 years prior working experience; fresh graduate will also be considered;
  • Good computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, etc.); 
  • Knowledge with ERP a plus;
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Hardworking, initiative and self-motivated;
  • Fast learner with positive working attitude;
  • Immediately available is preferred.
