Requirements
- Diploma in Engineer
- 2-5 yrs in Quality Assurance in Furnitreu or Toys or Stationery or household or kitchenware or Home decor or Seasonal in trading or buying office
- Supplier Quality & Production Improvement
- System Enhancement: Spearheaded the optimization of supplier quality and safety management systems to meet strict retail standards.
- Process Optimization: Drove product development and manufacturing improvements, delivering actionable factory audits to maximize production efficiency.
- Policy Formulation: Developed and implemented corporate QA policies to address emerging regulatory mandates and market shifts.
- Global Regulation: Interpreted and communicated destination country standards (e.g., EU, US, UK) regarding safety, materials, and chemical restricted substances.
- Laboratory Liaison: Partnered with accredited third-party laboratories (e.g., SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) to coordinate testing schedules and analyze test reports.
- Compliance Verification: Evaluated product samples and technical documentation to verify total compliance with international safety benchmarks (e.g., EN71, ASTM, FDA).
