Key responsibilities:
l To validate pre-production samples and lab dips for all lines of product.
l Working closely with buyer, Europe quality team and Merchandising team to provide technical support.
l Participating in the evaluation of the suppliers during sourcing meeting
l To ensure our quality standards are engineered into the garment and our suppliers are capable of executing in bulk production.
l To review the test reports and monitor the laboratories about any delays occurred.
l Assisting lab, suppliers, Europe quality team to solve each issue of testing faced.
l Establishing weekly report, sent to the office managers, highlight particular difficulties or situations for each line of product.
Experience & skills:
l Experience of quality assurance in Garment
l Strong communication
l Works independently and thrive in a fast paced environment
l Demonstrate passion for the product and actively contributes to the success of both the department and the company
– Travel to China sometimes
