Responsibility
- Maintain and improve the quality system in the company and at the contract manufacturers
- To transfer from passive to preventive mode
- Develop, implement, maintain, control and audit of quality system and activities to ensure all operations are complied with quality standard
- Define specifications for implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of products
- Measure and improve NPI process
- Work closely with sub-supplier to improve supplier quality and cost saving (ppm in key supplier reduced by 10%)
- Implement and maintain the ISO 9001, ISO 13485 system and compliance to relevant statutory requirements
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5 years or above in qa in automotive, motor, consumer electronic in trading
- Strong practical experience, knowledge of manufacturing systems and process technologies.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Good in English and Chinese, Good in mandarin
- Self-initiative, responsible, detail-minded and customer oriented.
- With good problem solving and communication skills, flexible and adaptable attitude.
