Job Description:
- Responsible for QA, QC, factory audit
- Supervise a small QC team in China and ensure products reach the international safety standards
- Provide technical support during product development
- Check artwork, IM, labels for legal compliance and accuracy of technical specifications
- Conduct factory evaluations and present findings
- Develop and implement procedures to improve inspections and administration
- Review inspection reports.
- Arrange with testing labs on product testing and negotiate test costs
- Organize sample storage, maintain filing and documentation systematically
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Quality Management, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 6-8 years of experience in QA/QC for toys industry
- Extensive knowledge of different production processes
- Good relationships with third party testing companies
- Strong knowledge of international Safety & Quality standards for hard and soft toys
- Detailed minded, well-organized, self-motivated, with high integrity and strong sense of ethics
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proactive, hardworking, sense of responsibility and able to work independently
- Positive with strong communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office
- China travel required
