Requirement and Duties
- Degree in engineering
- 5 years in qa in toys in trading or buying office
- Good in English, Mandarin
- Review the QA Test report
- Review prototype samples at the project beginning stage, give technical advice to suppliers and buyers to predict any foreseeable issue during product development
- Monitor the product safety approval status, give technique support to suppliers if any product fails. Negotiate with the testing lab on the marginally test results
- Visit factory production line and comments the production process to improve product quality
- Evaluate and suggest warning/caution statement for packaging and instruction
- Draft product quality specification Review and collect MSDS and ingredient list for raw material
- Evaluate on mass-production samples to ensure the products are fulfilled with customer’s expectation
- Make a decision on the Ready-made toys test plan and review the quotation from the testing lab
- Collect and review the necessary 3rd party test reports
- Conduct risk assessment if the sample is a failure with company requirements
