QA Engineer – Toy (ref: TT)

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineer
• 3-5 yrs in QA in Toys in trading or buying office
• Contact with laboratory about test reports
• Handle the product testing & certification  and closely follow-up with test lab / supplier / customer on all issues
• Ensure all customer requirements are followed and timelines are kept (deadlines for documentation, co-licenses, etc.)
• Work on problem solving actively with test lab, supplier, merchandiser & key account
• be familiar with the products and check samples before sending to customer
• Draft deviation notes for customer samples
• Review product samples in terms of workmanship, construction, compliance with EU norms / standards / directives
• Responsible for inspection report checking and follow-up on mentioned issues
• Create PSI reports for some customers
• key contact for customers to provide requested technical information and reports / certs
• Checking instruction manual, layout, labels in terms of legal compliance & accuracy of technical specs + symbols used
