Requirements
- Diploma in Engineer
- 3-5 yrs in QA in Toys in trading or buying office
- Contact with laboratory about test reports
- Handle the product testing & certification and closely follow-up with test lab / supplier / customer on all issues
- Ensure all customer requirements are followed and timelines are kept (deadlines for documentation, co-licenses, etc.)
- Work on problem solving actively with test lab, supplier, merchandiser & key account
- be familiar with the products and check samples before sending to customer
- Draft deviation notes for customer samples
- Review product samples in terms of workmanship, construction, compliance with EU norms / standards / directives
- Responsible for inspection report checking and follow-up on mentioned issues
- Create PSI reports for some customers
- key contact for customers to provide requested technical information and reports / certs
- Checking instruction manual, layout, labels in terms of legal compliance & accuracy of technical specs + symbols used
