Duties:
- Monitor IQC, IPQC, OQC)
- Lead Quality Engineering (QE) activities to improve product reliability.
- Manage Document & Systems Control to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Compliance & Certifications
- Maintain adherence to:
- ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001 (QMS, Environmental, Safety)
- IATF 16949:2016 (Automotive)
- Prepare for and manage external/certification audits.
- Continuous Improvement
- Implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Drive quality culture across departments (e.g., Production, R&D, Supply Chain).
- Communicate with clients/suppliers
Requirement:
- Diploma in Engineer
- 7 years in QA/QM, preferably in manufacturing/engineering
- Quality systems (ISO, IATF, ESD) – Audit management
- 5 days stay in China
- Good english, good mandarin
