QA Manager – Toys – stay in China

Jobs Description :

• Lead and manage QA, QC, & testing Lab., providing guidance, training, and performance management
• Establish the quality management system, ensuring consistency in quality standards across factories in China
• Supply Chain Quality Collaboration – Lead supplier & subcontractor quality audits, and regularly disqualify under performer
• Identify and analyze quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and track their effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, production, and supply chain, to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle
• Stay up-to-date on relevant international regulations, industry standards, and emerging technologies related to toys safety requirements
• Optimize lab resources allocation to avoid redundant testing and shorten inspection cycles
• Team Capability Development – Develop local quality talent in to reduce reliance on expatriates and achieve team localization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Minimum 8 Years solid experience in QA in Toys in manufacturing environment, with minimum 5 years in a managerial position
• Familiar with toys safety standard
• Strong leadership with excellent analytical skills and result oriented; 
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills 
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• 5 days Stay in China, need to travel Vietnam
