This is buying office 

Key responsibilities:

  •     Daily quality assurance administration support to the team.
  •     Coordinating quality control activities such as audit, inspection, and testing.
  •     Assist to handle vendor compliance internally and externally in the Quality Assurance Team.
  •     Assist to perform ad hoc project and other QA related duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

  •     Diploma or above in Business Management is preferred.
  •     Minimum 2 years’ working experience with commercial laboratory/audit company to handle client services is preferred.
  •     Experience in working with offshore vendors is preferred.
  •     Able to handle and control QA documents/reports such as factory audit report.
  •     Proficiency in MS Excel operations.
  •     Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  •     A good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  •     Able to work independently and under pressure.
