Key responsibilities:
- Daily quality assurance administration support to the team.
- Coordinating quality control activities such as audit, inspection, and testing.
- Assist to handle vendor compliance internally and externally in the Quality Assurance Team.
- Assist to perform ad hoc project and other QA related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Management is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience with commercial laboratory/audit company to handle client services is preferred.
- Experience in working with offshore vendors is preferred.
- Able to handle and control QA documents/reports such as factory audit report.
- Proficiency in MS Excel operations.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- A good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
