Responsibilities:
- Monitors manufacturing operations by driving, implementing, and managing quality system & process-control procedures
- Conducts new product inspection / testing, analysis and report / follow up the testing result
- Perform statistical data analysis, apply quality tools to detect process variation for optimization
- Periodic audits at suppliers’ factories for new / existing products by reviewing and evaluating suppliers’ process capabilities and ensure the effectiveness and implementation of QC procedures in all China factories
Requirements:
- Certificate of above
- 2 years in QA / QC in FURNITURE in trading or buying office or manufacturing
- Good knowledge in manufacturing process
- Able to provide technical solutions and support to factories directly
- Able to read and analyse technical drawings
- Willing to travel, work on site and able to work independently
