Requirement
- Degree holder
- 5 – 8 years QA experience in Hardgoods in Buying office, Trading
- Handle Amazon, Target
- Follow up QA/ QC test report, inspection reports
- Write product specification
- Familiar with safety standard
- Good in English, good in Mandarin, strong in solve problem
Job Duties:
- Review the production process related to QA
- Communicate with 3rd party laboratory on all testing issues
- Communicate with factory to solve all quality issues
- Communicate with internal parties to solve daily quality issues
- Performance inline inspection and final inspection on new items
- Give QA/QC advice on reliability and safety issues
- Perform audits
- Communicate with customer to solve all technical issues
- Handle customer complains
