Requirement
- Degree holder with Quality, Manufacturing or Industrial related knowledge is preferable
- 10 years in quality control or quality assurance in consumer electronic in Trading, Factory
Scope
- In accordance with Customer/ National/ International requirements, establish specification and standard for sampling, test method and inspection.
- Lead QC team (IQC/IPQC/OQC), review and approve QC report and handle quality deviation
- In accordance with resultant data of quality inspection, perform statistical analysis and propose improvement plan
- Review and approve quality record, production batch record. Retain the responsibility of making final decision for product release.
- System Maintain: ISO13485, ISO22715, ISO 14000, ISO 9000, GRS, FSC, ISO 16949
- Compliance: GHS, LFGB, Reach, RoHS, CE, CCC & US FDA 21 CFR 820: DHR, DMR, Validation, IQ/OQ/PQ
- Supplier risk assessments: Safety, Security, ESG, Compliance, Product quality
- Supplier qualification: SA8000, ISO13485, ISO14000, ISO9000 virtual and onsite audits
