Job Duties:

  • Responsible for managing reception counter, handling telephone call, mails and daily courier arrangement
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to different departments
  • Assist in organizing company activities
  • Maintain office environment to ensure a smooth running of operations and facilities
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by superior


  • Secondary school graduated or above
  • 3 years or above experience in reception or administration work
  • Good telephone manner
  • Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and Powerpoint)
  • Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
