Job Duties:
- Responsible for managing reception counter, handling telephone call, mails and daily courier arrangement
- Provide clerical and administrative support to different departments
- Assist in organizing company activities
- Maintain office environment to ensure a smooth running of operations and facilities
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduated or above
- 3 years or above experience in reception or administration work
- Good telephone manner
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and Powerpoint)
- Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
