Job Duties:
- Handle incoming telephone calls
- Greeting guests
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier,fax and mails
- Arrange maintenance for office equipment
- Maintain office attendance records and prepared leave report
- provide clerical support to team.
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduated or above
- 4 years or above experience in reception in Trading
- Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
