Job Duties:

  • Handle incoming telephone calls
  • Greeting guests
  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier,fax and mails
  • Arrange maintenance for office equipment
  • Maintain office attendance records and prepared leave report
  • provide clerical support to team.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduated or above
  • 4 years or above experience in reception in Trading
  • Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
