- Perform general receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, meeting room monitoring, courier and mail arrangement;
- Handle a variety of administrative support tasks
- Arrange schedule appointment, making travel plans
- Checking ship’s documents
- Any ad hoc duties assigned
