Job Duties:
- Greeting visitors, handling phone calls and mails;
- Clerical duties include data entry, preparing reports, and filing;
- Order supplies, schedule meetings and arranging conference room’s equipment
- Purchasing water, stationery
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduated or above
- 4 years or above experience in reception
- Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
