Responsibilities:
- Perform reception duties including guests greeting, mailing and courier services, phone calls and taking messages, etc
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team, including data entry, filing, office supplies administration and stationary ordering, etc
- Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above with ONE year’s relevant experience preferred
- Proficient computer knowledge including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Immediate available is preferable
