Listed in HK, our client is a property developer with properties in HK and PRC. It is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:
Benefit: 5 days, double pay, bonus, medical, 12AL
Responsibilities:
- l Perform general reception duties including greeting visitors, answer the phone, handle the incoming mails, meeting room arrangement, courier and mailing services.
- l Assist in ad hoc duties as required
- l Responsible for providing administrative support including office supplies ordering, courier arrangement, meeting room arrangement, office maintenance, etc
Requirements:
- l Responsible, well-organized, proactive and a team player
- l At least 3 years’ relevant working experience
- l Proficiency in MsWord and MsExcel
- l Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- l Professional telephone manner with good interpersonal skills
