Receptionist or Administrator Assistant – Trading – good english

Job Duties:

  • Manage and organize daily schedules, business appointment
  • Book hotel, tickets
  • Liaise with internal and external parties proactively and independently
  • Compile quality reports and presentations, assist in other projects as assigned
  • Maintain up-to-date and systematic filing system
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior

 Job Requirements:

  • Diploma
  • 2 years relevant experience in secretary or office admin 
  • Excellent time management skills and able to do multi-task and prioritize work
  • Able to work under pressure and manage tight schedule
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
