Job Duties:

  • Greeting visitors, handling phone calls and mails;
  • Clerical duties include data entry, preparing reports, and filing; 
  • Order supplies, schedule meetings and arranging conference room’s equipment


  • Secondary school graduated or above
  • 4 years or above experience in reception or administration work
  • Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
