  • Degree in Business, Economics or equivalent
  • Conduct thorough desktop research including fact-findings and competitor analyses
  • Collect and analyze market data to provide valuable insights in assisting management’s strategic decision-making
  • Foster effective communication with internal and external parties 
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience of which with TWO years in Mainland China retail or property market will be a plus 
  • Good Knowledge of China’s economic and business environment
  • Excellent attention to details with high accuracy along with strong problem solving skills
  • Solid report writing and presentation skills in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
