Job Duties:
- Implementing overall risk management program and policies for the organization
- Handling legal check and reviewing contract
- Preparing reports to Japan parent company
- Managing and reviewing compliance policies and procedures
- Handle other ad-hoc project as required
Requirements:
- Degree or above
- At least 1 year risk management, compliance, legal or audit experience
- With experience working in banks or financial institutions would be an advantage
- Responsible and proactive
- Good team player
- Good computer knowledge including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Chinese and Japanese word processing
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Japanese (N2 or above)
