Requirements:
- 8 year in sale & admin or supply chain in consumer electronic trading, factory
- Order management
- Daily responsibilities related to both sales and operational aspect within HK office. Liaise with China factory GM, engineer dept.
- Monitor admin activities on time
- Supplier Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers across the globe and beyond, ensuring alignment on timelines, quality standards, and delivery expectations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock availability, and minimize excess or obsolete stock
- Overview working procedures between China factory and HK sales team
- 5 days stay in China
