An electronic company is looking for caliber candidates to apply their position:
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotation and invoices, process sales orders
- Follow up with key accounts’ supply chains and internal parties for sales order processing, coordination and enquiries
- Assist and coordinate in stock planning
- Maintain good relationship with customers in good manners
- Prepare the monthly report
- Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related discipline
- Min. 5-6 years relevant experience in the Sales & Marketing / Sales Coordination/
- Customer Service is preferred
- Quick learner to learn about products & services and present to customers
- Good analytical mind, well organization skills and good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (eg. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
