Sales Administrative Assistant / Team Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Providing secretarial & administrative support to Management & departmental staffs.
  • Maintains effective filing & database systems.
  • Schedule & coordinate meetings, manage travel & accommodation arrangement.
  • Assist in samples arrangement & prepare presentation slides.
  • Handles calls, correspondences & emails with overseas office & factories in China.

Requirements:

  • HKCEE / DSE or above
  • Experience in Secretary work task is preferable
  • Minimum 6 years working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken both English & Chinese
  • Strong Computer Skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Well organized, Pleasant, Detail Minded and Self Motivated.
