Responsibilities:
- Providing secretarial & administrative support to Management & departmental staffs.
- Maintains effective filing & database systems.
- Schedule & coordinate meetings, manage travel & accommodation arrangement.
- Assist in samples arrangement & prepare presentation slides.
- Handles calls, correspondences & emails with overseas office & factories in China.
Requirements:
- HKCEE / DSE or above
- Experience in Secretary work task is preferable
- Minimum 6 years working experience
- Good command of written and spoken both English & Chinese
- Strong Computer Skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Chinese Word Processing.
- Well organized, Pleasant, Detail Minded and Self Motivated.
