Job responsibility

  • Daily Sales administration jobs include update of database, handling of enquiries, prepare of quotation/orders etc.
  • Support management by preparing of sales analysis report
  • Communicate with vendor or factory for order/delivery follow up etc.
  • Handle Ad-hoc assignments and other duties as required or assigned.

Requirement

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 2 years relevant experience in sales support role
  • Proficiency in Excel & Words
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge SAP is preferred
  • Self-motivated, Independent and willing to learn
  • Immediate Available.
