Business: Audio Distributor is looking for caliber candidates to provide clerical support for both B2B & B2C clients

Job Descriptions

  • Provide admin and secretarial support to the Sales & Marketing department   
  • Coordinate internal teams to facilitate order fulfilment and answer customer inquiries
  • Manage and update the ERP system
  • Maintain documentation, records and files in a proper and systematic way
  • Assist Manager with report preparation
  • Maintain good record of marketing samples
  • Handle ad-hoc duties when necessary

Requirement

  • Diploma or above
  • 1 year experience in sales/marketing coordination, sales administration, account servicing, sales or marketing roles is an advantage
  • A strong sense of responsibility, sales-oriented attitude & ownership is required
  • Proficiency in written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms Words, Excel, Vlookup, Outlook, Pivot Table etc)
