Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the sales, purchasing, shipping and warehouse department to ensure on time delivery services to clients
- Prepare quotation and orders follow up
- Dispatch sample to clients as requested
- Respond to customer enquiry by phone call and email
- Maintain data accuracy in the system
- Other ad-hoc tasks designated by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 1-2 years in CS, merchandising, sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in computer knowledge
- Good communication in English and Chinese
