Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales orders follow up and provide excellent customer services to customers
- Handle incoming enquiries from Phone, Email and WhatsApp
- Work closely with both sales teams and logistic team to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- 1-4 year’s customer service experience
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Excellent service manner, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
