Business: Air and Ocean Freight
Location: Cheung Sha Wan
Duties:
- Update the filing system in sales department such as consignee list, shipper list, account profiles, buying rate list etc
- Clerical support to the sales team
- Prepare the monthly sales performance report
- To respond the enquiry to overseas agents and customers
- To arrange air shipment
- Provide administration support such as order water and stationery, contract renewal and backup)
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduated
- 1-2 years’ experience in shipping industry is prefer
- Good command of written and oral English and Mandarin.
- Good communication skill.
