Sales Coordinator / Customer Services

Responsibilities:

  • Issue invoices, sales orders, purchase orders etc
  • Monitor order processing and order management for clients in Asia Pacific
  • Monitor shipments status to fulfill the on time shipments
  • Managing incoming calls / emails and after sales service inquiries
  • Co-coordinating with various parties to ensure customers’ requirement are met
  • Other duties as assigned/required

Requirements/skills:

  • Holder of diploma or higher in any disciplines
  • 1-2 years Customer Service / Account Servicing experience
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Result-oriented, Positive attitude and attention to details
