Responsibilities:
- Issue invoices, sales orders, purchase orders etc
- Monitor order processing and order management for clients in Asia Pacific
- Monitor shipments status to fulfill the on time shipments
- Managing incoming calls / emails and after sales service inquiries
- Co-coordinating with various parties to ensure customers’ requirement are met
- Other duties as assigned/required
Requirements/skills:
- Holder of diploma or higher in any disciplines
- 1-2 years Customer Service / Account Servicing experience
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Result-oriented, Positive attitude and attention to details
