Sales Coordinator (Electronic Trading, 5 days work)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Orders follow up to ensure on time shipments
  • Preparation of documentation (issuing DN, invoices, export documents)
  • Handle daily correspondences with customers
  • Co-coordinating with various parties in USA / HK / Shanghai
  • Other duties as assigned/required

Job Requirements:

  • Highly Diploma or above
  • 2-3 years Sales Co-ordination / Customer Service / Sales Support / Account Servicing experience in related industry
  • Proficient in written English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
