Job Responsibilities:
- Orders follow up to ensure on time shipments
- Preparation of documentation (issuing DN, invoices, export documents)
- Handle daily correspondences with customers
- Co-coordinating with various parties in USA / HK / Shanghai
- Other duties as assigned/required
Job Requirements:
- Highly Diploma or above
- 2-3 years Sales Co-ordination / Customer Service / Sales Support / Account Servicing experience in related industry
- Proficient in written English and Chinese
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Excellent organizational skills
- Immediate available is preferred
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
