Responsibilities:
- Handle existing and new Japanese clients enquiry
- Follow up order, sampling
- Communicate with factory, Japanese clients
- Liaise with customers and vendors for price negotiation, packages confirmation and contract preparations
- Maintain good relationships with customers, vendors and factories
Requirements:
- Degree or above in any disciplines
- At least 1-3 years’ of coordinator in sales & marketing in trading
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Fluent in Japanese(Japanese N2 or above)
- Proficiency in MS offices applications
- Responsible, well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to travel Japan and Asia Pacific sometimes
