Sales Coordinator / Merchandiser / Customer Service – Japanese Speaking (Ref: TT)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle existing and new Japanese clients enquiry
  • Follow up order, sampling
  • Communicate with factory, Japanese clients 
  • Liaise with customers and vendors for price negotiation, packages confirmation and contract preparations
  • Maintain good relationships with customers, vendors and factories

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in any disciplines
  • At least 1-3 years’ of coordinator in sales & marketing in trading
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Fluent in Japanese(Japanese N2 or above)
  • Proficiency in MS offices applications
  • Responsible, well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to travel Japan and Asia Pacific sometimes
