Sales Coordinator / Project Coordinator- Lighting

Benefit: 5 days, 12 months+bonus, bank, medical, 12 AL

Responsibilities

  • Manage International customers in lighting projects
  • Maintain and grow business with existing clients
  • Communicate with internal & overseas designers for the concept design
  • Follow order processing with suppliers and other departments. Issue quotations – PI – Invoices
  • Plan and coordinate projects to grow business with existing and new clients
  • Site coordination, site meeting with contractors with the support of electrical engineer when required
  • Build up strong relationship with customers to understand their needs and explain product value
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according customer’s need and objectives
  • Resolving any post-sales issues
  • Control indirect cost (Freight, Logistic, Warehouse, etc..)
  • Responsible for inventory management and keeping it low
  • Follow up OEM product developments with engineering team.

 Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex and multifaceted tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • 3 to 5 years of project coordination. Experience in lighting industry is highly valuable
  • University graduate or equivalent education level
  • Strong interpersonal skills in developing customer relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good business sense and work as a team player
