Sales Coordinator / Project Coordinator – Toys – Trading

Job Duties:

  • Follow up client’s design and comments
  • Follow up toy samples status and development
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-budget, on-spec and on-time
  • Follow up project and products, liaise with different internal departments including factory and different vendors to meet product’s shipment schedule
  • Report the project schedule and product development progress to the managing staff

Requirement:

  • Good command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Good communication, positive working attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Relevant working experience, preferably in toys industry
  • Occasional travel to China is required
  • Ideal candidate should be well organized, detail-oriented, self driven with multi-tasking ability
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
