Sales Coordinator (Sales Administration)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Daily sales administration support to the sales team such as prepare quotation, invoices, prepare presentation materials and sales report etc
  • Liaise with different parties (suppliers, clients design team, marketing team, logistic team etc) to ensure on time delivery
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or above with at least 2 years relevant experience
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skill
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (WORDS, EXCEL, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Well-versed with servicing skill
  • Good command in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
