Responsibilities:
- Report to foreigner
- Provide supports to Sales team to handle projects such as daily operation, quotation, documents, and office daily routine
- Prepare Sales report by power point, by excel
- office admin
- Purchase distillated water
- update Attendance listed by computer
- Office admin support, minutes, report & confidential document
- Data sheet in ms excel
- Assist the Senior Executives with various ad hoc projects
- Handle ad-hoc order
Requirement:
- Diploma or above with 3 years working experience in sales admin in trading
- Proficient in MS Excel is an advantage
- Good command in Cantonese and English
- Responsible, well organized, stable, proactive, detail-minded
