Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator / Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support sales operation, including sales documents, proceedings and follow up
  • Coordinate with clients and internal team on info / documentation preparations
  • Provide administrative support to team
  • Provide prompt customer services support on ad-hoc situations
  • Follow up Customer Outstanding Payment / Issues
  • Other duties / projects assigned


  • Degree equivalent in Business Administration / Sales & Marketing or related disciplines
  • 2 years working experience in Sales Administration or Marketing preferred
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient PC Application knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PPT
