Job Responsibilities:
- Support sales operation, including sales documents, proceedings and follow up
- Coordinate with clients and internal team on info / documentation preparations
- Provide administrative support to team
- Provide prompt customer services support on ad-hoc situations
- Follow up Customer Outstanding Payment / Issues
- Other duties / projects assigned
Requirements:
- Degree equivalent in Business Administration / Sales & Marketing or related disciplines
- 2 years working experience in Sales Administration or Marketing preferred
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient PC Application knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PPT
