Duties:
- Handle inquiries from customers and sample arrangements
- Prepare Order as well as updating information records
- Coordinate with suppliers and Buyer
- Any ad hoc tasks required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Min.3-7 years coordinator in Trading or factory in Optical or Eyewear or Sunglasses or Toy or gift or Audio or Kitchenware or Home appliance
- Detail minded, well-organized and eager to learn
- Proficiency in spoken & written English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
