Main role:
- Provide high standard customer services to customers;
- No business development is required, mainly serve key account customers
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle existing customer and maintain good business relationship with South East Asian customers;
- Travelling to South East Asian regions is required;
- Liaise with customers and factories
- Prepare quotation, forecast, monitor delivery and provide proposition on business expansion;
- Responsible for preparing monthly sales report;
- Other ad-hoc assignments and duties as required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above;
- 1 years’ sales & marketing / customer services experience is preferred
- Less experience will also be considered
- Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin;
- Great attention to details, good working attitude and good team player;
- Independent, pro-active and able to work under pressure;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate proficiently
