Responsibilities:
- Leading, motivating and managing the sales office team to meet or exceed targets
- Managing Sales Office personnel issues, including hiring and training where applicable
- Handle the enquiry from direct customers
- Manage distributors business regarding to new project inquiries and running business, including support quotations, samples, technical documents, project specific information and join customer visit etc. and resolve open issues in order to help increase the sales amount.
- Regular direct customer visit to win new or maintain ongoing business and keep good relationship with customer.
- Manage first level support (check customer requirement and forward request to responsible departments when necessary, e.g. application engineering, quality, order and stock control center etc.)
- Execute defined marketing activities (exhibition, promotion, campaigns, customer events, website, public relationship with media, categories or flyers, etc.) under the instruction from management. Record all relevant customer data for marketing activities.
- Execute the activity of intelligence collection regarding sales channel, competitor, marketing trend.
- Reporting sales activities, customer visit report, sales forecast and project log etc.
- Prospect for potential new clients/ business and turn this into increased business.
Requirements:
- University graduate
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have at least 2 years experience in a managerial role
