- Formulate sales strategies to maximize business growth in different markets
- Manage sales goals, projections, and processes.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and implement new sales and customer-related processes
- Assist the Management in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company goals
- Support the Management in decision-making processes and provide input on key business initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
REQUIREMENTS
- Good business acumen
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Rich experience in gifts & packagings for luxury brands
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Strong sales-driven and result-oriented mind
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Bachelor in Business, Marketing, or related
- Minimum 15+ years or more sales and managerial experience in luxury/gifts & packaging. With proven track record of multi-region management to driving sales and managing teams.
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
