Job Duties:
- Identify, explore and expand new business opportunities of sales growth
- Manage sales cycle including marketing development, research, promote, and maintain relationship.
- Evaluate the analyze market trend and performance of the markets.
- Monitor sales performance against budget/ target/ competitors and develop new business.
- Handle customers’ enquiries, provide product information; turn enquiries to successful deals;
- Responsible for the construction and management of the marketing team, lead the team to complete the marketing plan and give the team members necessary supervision, guidance and support;
- Prepare sales reports, analysis and sales forecast;
- To develop, expand and build feeder network and effective relationships to improve opportunities for cross-referrals and local/ regional development;
- Attend and organize trade fairs/ exhibition, marketing activities and other promotional events oversea / local;
- Business trips is required;
Job Requirements:
- High Diploma or above
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- At least 4-6 years relevant experience in Garment, Textiles or Trims industry
- With connection with overseas buyers and suppliers.
- Solid experience in building up strategic relationship with business partners, especially international business.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Excellent leadership, presentation and interpersonal communication skills to deal with clients.
