Job Duties：
- Responsible for strategic planning and implement of overall marketing to drive revenue growth and meet company sales targets, and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including wholesalers, distributors, and partners. Ensure excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify NEW business opportunities and understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare, track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics. Use data to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and plans to meet revenue targets. Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, events, and sales initiatives to boost product visibility and sales.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing. Optimize campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Design and implement training programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years proven experience in sales & marketing which at least 5 years of sales & marketing management experience in toys industry
- Previous key account management and general trade experience in the field of toys sector is an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiar with all the international markets
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies, platforms, techniques, and analytics tools.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
- Profession in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager
