Sales Operation Manager (Electronic Components)

Our client is an electronic components company and listed in HK stock market.  They are looking for caliber candidates to apply their position:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adequate manpower can be allocated to each product lines to support their business
  • Closely monitor the slow moving items and aging stock and to alert management to take action
  • Timely review of customer agreement and contract
  • Maintain ERP authority setting and assign authority/ access level appropriately and ensure the system can support the sales operations
  • Manage of sales admin team in terms of quality of work, efficiency, proper documentation and filing system.
  • Establish and update the Sales Operations Policy and Procedure/ Manual whenever necessary
  • Closely communicate with product line managers to provide adequate support to meet frontline requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or business-related discipline
  • Min. 7 years relevant experience in Electronics components
  • With experience in sales administration workflow and process
  • Good experience in dealing with contract manufacturer
  • Familiar with MRP/ ERP system is a MUST
  • Strong supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mind, responsible and proactive
  • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese – Mandarin
