Responsibilities:
- Report to Director
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support including calendar management, scheduling meetings, drafting of meeting minutes, maintaining filing systems, coordinating events, travel arrangement and hotel booking
- Provide support to the general office administration function
- Handle personal matters
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required
