Secretary (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support to Japanese Expatriates of Management Team
  • Provide support to the team in policies and procedures management
  • Support the admin team such as apply working visa for Japanese expatriates, support CSR project, organize annual dinner etc
  • Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 3 years’ secretarial/ administrative support experience gained from sizable Japanese company
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and Japanese (JLPT N1)
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills and able to work with different levels of employees
  • Able to work under pressure, well-organized, self-initiative and responsible
