Duties:
- Provide full range of secretarial support
- Provide business support on project coordination
- Coordinate and manage internal/external meeting, regional & overseas business related activities,
- Assist with the planning of the trip schedule of Departmental Head including organize hotel and travel arrangement, visa application, travel expenses for business
- Prepare business correspondence, presentation material
- Assist in ad hoc tasks and assignments
- Travelling arrangement
Perform secretarial functions
Requirement :
- Higher Diploma or above in secretarial
- Around 2-4 years hands-on experience in secretary
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Office, typing Chinese word processing
