Secretary + office admin support

 Duties:

  • Provide full range of secretarial support 
  • Provide business support on project coordination
  • Coordinate and manage internal/external meeting, regional & overseas business related activities, 
  • Assist with the planning of the trip schedule of Departmental Head including organize hotel and travel arrangement, visa application, travel expenses for business
  • Prepare business correspondence, presentation material
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks and assignments
  • Travelling arrangement
    Perform secretarial functions

Requirement :

  • Higher Diploma or above in secretarial 
  • Around 2-4 years hands-on experience in secretary 
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, typing Chinese word processing
